1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AntiqueID ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AntiqueID is an AI-powered antique identification application that allows users to identify, value, and learn about antiques through photo analysis. The service includes:

  • Instant AI-powered identification of antiques
  • Price estimates based on market data
  • Historical information and provenance details
  • High-resolution image comparisons
  • Collection management and report generation

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to photograph and identify items
  • Not using the App for fraudulent purposes or misrepresentation
  • Understanding that valuations are estimates only
  • Verifying authenticity through professional appraisers for high-value items
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Privacy and Data Handling

AntiqueID processes images temporarily for identification and automatically deletes them after analysis. Saved collection data is encrypted and stored securely. We only collect minimal app usage analytics to improve the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Billing

AntiqueID offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan: 5 identifications per month with basic features
  • Pro Plan: $9.99/month for unlimited identifications and advanced features
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for auction houses and institutions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AntiqueID to:

  • Commit fraud or misrepresent items for sale
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Upload inappropriate or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the AI system
  • Use the service for any illegal activities

7. Limitation of Liability

AntiqueID is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Accuracy of identifications or valuations
  • Financial losses from buying/selling decisions
  • Interruptions in service
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Any damages arising from use of the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntiqueID, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AntiqueID at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
